Wig - O - Mania's technical IT team is headed by one of the leading in the Industry and the technology that is being used to develop its Web Portal is Ruby on Rails, which is the fastest growing technology for such Portals and much larger Web based Development Projects.
WOM Web Portal will cater to not only its retail clients by offering them exotic ranges at unbeatable prices, but will
also cater to the crux of the clientele namely the Corporate who would have the option of buying through the traditional telephonic order, or through its Web Portal. Secured Payment Gateway will be operative on the site to ensure privacy and security.
Registered Users will also have the privilege to be able to chat live to WOM sales executives during normal working hours for expert advice and any other matter that it needs to discuss. During non-office hours, clients will be able to leave messages or send emails with their queries.
The WOM Web Portal will give registered users the opportunity to be updated with the latest offers, schemes and products that are introduced by way of newsletters that would be circulated at least once a month and whenever there is something to advice or inform.

Being a digi-wizard in his own right along with a solid back office and accounts background, he would be ensuring that the entire internal operations of WOM are conducted as per systems introduced.He will play the anchor role of the core team of WOM to ensure that every activity is co-ordinated and conducted with the precision that the business demands. He will be the Operations In charge and reporting directly to the CEO and Founders on all matters including Finance and Operations. With Ali around, WOM will focus on every angle of business except how to run it. He is the expert in ensuring that it is run as it should be.

WOM is exclusive in more ways than one. And one area it is proud to be so is in its Web Portal. This portal caters to not only the Retail clients but also corporate along with the entire back office and administration work that would be carried on live by the admin staff of WOM. Dibya is the brain behind this unique concept and has made it possible.This portal will be accepting Sales from the Clients directly and also from the inhouse sales-team. I will also have the ability to accept (internal) Purchase transactions of goods purchased from Vendors. Thereafter it will calculate the total direct costs (freight/insurance/overheads) involved to ascertain the Net Cost of Products. The back end systems will be catering upto the Company Trial Balance and Balance Sheet.
