SHIPPING POLICY

Once your payment is processed - we will thereafter ship your order.

Please note that orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri, will be shipped out for delivery the next working day (UK Customers only). For Eire and Europe please allow 3 - 14+ days depending on postage method.

Orders over 2kg will automatically be shipped via courier at the courier rate for next working day delivery also. (UK Customers only)

Any additional courier charges will be notified beforehand - however we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Any errors made by any party will be rectified as long as we are informed in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Once shipped - orders should arrive within the time frame for that particular delivery. We cannot however, be held responsible for any delay as a result of National Holiday, natural disasters, road closures and carrier delays.

Please keep in mind that weekends do not count as working days and should be considered when making an order.

For the cardholders protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if an alternative address cannot be confirmed in writing.

IMPORTANT NOTE

A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery - if not then the courier/delivery company should leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery.

Any unclaimed parcels will be returned after a short period of time. We cannot be held liable for any charges resulting in the delay (of any sort) for your package once it is shipped out.

Please call or email us and we will do our utmost best to keep you informed of your order status once it has been shipped. This information is normally only obtainable the day after the product has been sent.
