For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled. Any item returned smelling of smoke or perfume will not be accepted for credit. All tags must be attached. All items are returned are at the senders own risk ? for this we do ask for goods to be returned via secure mail.

Goods will not be exchanged 7 days after invoice date. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5 working days for the Exchange to be completed - (Assuming there is sufficient stock). On returned goods either a replacement or an internal credit will be issued. Internal credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Refunds are done at the discretion of the Management and are only done in exceptional circumstances only.

Items not eligible for Return/Exchange are Sale items, Discontinued products, Special Offers and Accessories.

Any Exchanges will bear the extra shipping costs via the method chosen on the original order unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by Recorded/Special Delivery. In such cases any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

Cancellation Of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you will only be issued with an internal credit once the goods have been returned back to us. Please note that shipping charges will not be credited.

You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You are be requested to return the goods by Signed/Tracked Courier Service and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to Wig-O-mania.Com Ltd along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
