Based in London, I have had a seamless experience with Wigomania, Chennai.Ayesha guided me through styles, and helped with making my decision over many video calls and WhatsApp messaging. She was very prompt in returning my calls and with her responses to queries. She shows a great understanding of the products she sells and is able to makes appropriate recommendations. She also did colouring and highlights on the new wig. I have been using toppers for some years now but was having issues lately with the comfort of using them. Then I went to Aysha at Wig O Mania and she was quick to understand what I needed. Aysha helped me choose the right product which I'm using for over a month and it is very impressive and satisfying. She was very patient and understanding. Her team supported her well. Ayesha with her charm and professionalism could not have been more helpful when I telephoned her concerning my hair problem. When I met her, she gave me all the information about the options available in a very clear and concise way, and without wasting time. In a little over an an hour I was sitting in front of the mirror, stunned to see a new “me” in the reflection. She had created magic!What a transformation but without any fuss. She also provided terrific advice on how I should react if people commented on my new look.The look is so natural and blends so well with my original hair. I had been to this place with my friend who has androgenic alopecia which females generally face . My friend has been to 2 other places already and had the feel of it . With lot of confusion and double mind we stepped in whether they will just sell to push their product or will have fair knowledge. An angel by name Ayesha walked to us . Her confidence was overboard . She listened to our needs and just instructed to bring 2 peices and OMG , u might think i m exaggerating but she s just tooo tooo good and served the exact cup of taste that we were searching . She s a real real professional with complete confidence i should say . She never left the client without practising until they got it right . Step by step , by holding the hands she taught . I vouch no one in the city bothers to give soo much of care even after buying the product . She politely gives us confidence even after the 3rd time when stepped in for adjustments and techniques . I moved to Canada 2 years ago, but I still buy systems only from Wigomania. Even though I have seen many hair systems here in Canada, nothing matches the quality and durability of Wigomania. Even my hair stylist here in Canada is recommending that I buy from Wigomania (even though she sells her own system from China). Keep up the excellent work. Amazing experience — just one sitting and AYSHA was able to figure out the best product for me - and also get the new product prepped right away. Crown Thinning is a big problem for me which makes me camera shy anywhere and everywhere . Now , using the everyday lightweight product , I am a more happy - less camera shy person :) she have complete prep and care instructions with the assurance that if I have any questions, I can reach out anytime . This , to me , is simply EXCELLENT SERVICE for an EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! Thank you !! I would recommend this to everyone that’s self conscious due to Thinning Hair .
